The demand for dried mushrooms in Europe is increasing. Opportunities for developing country suppliers can be found in large markets such as Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Poland. New suppliers must be able to compete with the strong offer from China, but also with suppliers from Eastern Europe.
