At this edition of Maison&Objet, CBI is proud to highlight a prominent representation of leading companies in the sustainable apparel and textile movement from Egypt and Tunisia. This year’s participants form an essential part of 2 CBI projects that aim to promote lasting, sustainable trade relationships.

Meet our Egyptian innovators
Find Egyptian collections at Maison&Objet, Hall 6, stand M46-N45. We are excited that several dynamic participants in the Egypt Textiles in Transition project will showcase their products. The project supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in improving their design and production processes, enhancing their sustainability performance and helping them comply with European market standards.

The participating companies represent the strength of the Egyptian home textiles industry. They will showcase a broad range of products, including towels, bathrobes, and bed linen. Egypt has a long-standing tradition of manufacturing high-quality home textiles and is recognised as a reliable sourcing destination. Its proximity to European markets, combined with strong export potential and a growing industrial base, makes it an attractive supply source. Also, Egyptian textile exports benefit from preferential trade agreements, providing duty-free access to the European Union (EU) and the United States, thereby enhancing their global competitiveness.
Tunisian Textiles Green Transition and Circular Collection
Come find us at Hall 6, stand N47, to see the sustainable carpets produced by Denim House. The carpets are part of the Tunisian Textiles, a Green Transition, a Circular Collection produced in collaboration with the Tunisian Federation of Textile and Clothing (FTTH). These unique items are made from denim cutting waste.
The project's core purpose is to address critical sustainability challenges within the textile and apparel sector and promote industry-wide change. Through initiatives like this, CBI facilitates knowledge sharing and fosters collaboration across the sector, together with essential partners such as the Tunisian Federation of Textile and Clothing.
