EU legislation: Product safety for food products (cases)

If you want to export your consumer products to the EU, you have to make sure that they are safe. To ensure safety , the EU has laid down safety requirements that generally apply to all consumer products brought on the EU market. This document provides information on how the EU communicates in the case an unsafe product has entered the market and presents some examples of products that have proved to be incompatible with the safety requirements. The examples provide indications of different hazards caused by unsafe products.
