EU legislation: Phytosanitary certificate and related issues (case)

If you export plants or plant products (e.g. fruits and vegetables, bulbs, cut flowers, branches (with foliage), seeds, soil and fibre plants) to the EU, you have to take into account that some species must be accompanied with a phytosanitary (plant health) certificate.

This document provides a simple scheme to decide whether a phytosanitary certificate is needed when placing your product on the EU market. Also some practical examples are presented.
