Environment: Improvement options for fishery and aquaculture

The downloadable document describes the process of producing fishery products including environmentally sound options for each process step. The intention of the improvement options is to give an idea what companies can do to make their products and production process environmentally more sound. The improvement options are not meant to give tailor-made solutions. The document divides the fish industry in three main divisions: capture fisheries, aquaculture and enhanced fisheries.
