You qualify for free access to our services, including free downloads. To activate your account we will send you an authorisation key by sms to your mobile phone. CBI is an agency of the Dutch Government and we will thus use your mobile-phone number exclusively to process and reply to your registration request. More information on how Dutch ministries handle the personal information they receive through the internet can be found here.
